Well-being with depth and an eye for the workplace
Our coaches have a therapeutic background and know the HR context from the inside out. This way, we work both on what employees experience personally and on the policies and culture of the organisation.
People and organisation
We look at the well-being of individual employees as well as at the structures that determine that well-being.
Preventive and sustainable
We focus on ongoing sensitization so that well-being becomes part of the way we work.
Tailor-made
Not a standard programme, but an approach that starts from your situation and people.
How do we approach well-being at work?
Admission and scan
Based on an initial conversation, we identify the specific needs. To gain a better understanding of the current situation, we also conduct a scan to uncover the strengths and weaknesses. We provide insight into the opportunities for improvement and develop a supportive programme.
Well-being programme
The programme is completely tailored to the organisation and builds on the results of the scan. Work can be carried out individually or through workshops. We always provide a differentiated approach, involving the various layers within the organisation.
Permanent sensitization
Attention to well-being requires a shift in mindset. It is therefore important that there is sufficient awareness-raising and that the topic is kept alive even after the programme has ended. At attendo, we also provide the necessary support and guidance in this regard.
For whom is a well-being programme?
We work for SMEs and larger organisations. The training sessions take place at your premises, at a location of your choice, or with us in Oostkamp.
✓Organisations with increasing absenteeism or turnover
✓HR teams that want to build a well-being policy
✓Managers who want to recognise signs of stress in time
✓Employees who work on their own resilience
Well-being training at work: what do you learn?
Anyone looking for a workplace well-being training course usually wants two things: to recognise signals more quickly and to know what you can actually do with them. Our training courses and workshops are based on your organisation’s practical experience, not on a standard presentation.
Recognising signs of stress and mental overload, both in yourself and in your colleagues
Starting the difficult conversation without taking on the role of a counsellor
Making workload and energy open to discussion in the team
Burnout prevention: what can a manager do before someone burns out?
From a one-off training to a well-being programme
A workshop gets things moving, but lasting effect requires more. That’s why we also build a complete well-being programme for organisations: a baseline assessment, training for managers and employees, individual coaching Where necessary, and a follow-up measurement that makes visible what has changed. In this way, well-being at work will no longer be a one-time initiative, but a permanent part of how you work.
Frequently asked questions about well-being at work
What does well-being at work consist of?
Workplace well-being concerns the physical, mental and emotional health of employees. It includes factors such as work pressure, stress, psychosocial risks and the way people collaborate.
How do you start a welfare policy?
Start with a clear picture of the current situation, for example through a scan or survey. Based on that, you choose targeted actions and ensure sustained attention.
Do you offer training programmes on well-being at work?
Yes. We organise practice-oriented workshops for employees and managers, either in-house or on-site.
How do you recognise the signs of burnout?
Typical signs are persistent fatigue, less concentration, irritability, and withdrawing from contact. Addressing the conversation in a timely manner makes all the difference.
What is a well-being programme at work?
A well-being programme is a coherent set of actions around well-being: a baseline measurement, training and workshops, individual coaching where necessary, and a follow-up measurement. The difference with a standalone programme is that you work in a structured way and can demonstrate the effect.
Do you also offer a burnout prevention workshop?
Yes. In our mental health workshop and our training on stress and workload, managers and employees learn to recognise and discuss signs of overload, so that you can step in before someone burns out.
