Team coaching for better collaboration
Tensions in the team, sluggish collaboration, or a team that does not reach its potential? With team coaching, we make the team dynamics visible and work together to build trust, clear agreements, and results.
ICF-certified team coacheswith a therapeutic background and HR knowledge
Each team is different, but these questions are the most common.
Stroeve collaboration
There is tension, there are misunderstandings or there is a lack of trust. We make visible what is happening beneath the surface and together we are looking for a new way of working together.
A new or changing team
A merger, new team members or a new manager. We help the team quickly come to a common understanding of roles, expectations and agreements.
Conflicts in the team
When disagreements become personal and the work suffers, we guide the conversation so that it becomes workable again.
Mapping team dynamics
Do you want to know where the team stands first? A team assessment provides insight into talents, pitfalls, and the dynamics between team members.
Better communicating with DISC
With the DISC model, team members learn to understand each other’s communication style and to consciously take it into account.
A team with more resilience
High workload puts teams under pressure. We work on psychological safety and a culture where people care for each other.
Do you recognise your team in this?
In a no-obligation consultation, we will look together at what your team needs.
A team coach who looks beyond behaviour
Our team coaches combine a therapeutic background with HR knowledge. This way, we work on what is happening within the team as well as on the context of roles, agreements, and organisation.
Safety and trust
We create an environment where team members dare to speak openly about what is working well and what is not.
Working with real dynamics
We look at patterns, roles, and mutual expectations, not just at visible behaviour.
Concrete and lasting
We translate insights into agreements and actions that the team can further implement on its own.
The added value of attendo is a truly pragmatic and tailor-made approach. It is a professional organisation that, with knowledge and expertise, provides insight and progress.

How does team coaching work?
Admission
Based on an initial conversation with the person responsible on the one hand and the team members on the other hand, we form a clear picture of the current functioning and the desired change. Based on that, we provide a suitable coaching programme.
Team sessions
During the team sessions, various topics are raised and discussed. Topics such as safety, trust, team dynamics and values are also integrated. We start from the larger context and encourage involvement.
Integration and follow-up
Following the team sessions, insights and objectives are linked together. Attention is paid to the lessons learned, concrete team arrangements are made, and clear follow-up actions are recorded.
Who is team coaching for?
Team coaching can be for an entire team, a management team, or a project group. The sessions take place at your premises, at a location of your choice, or at our office in Oostkamp.
✓Teams where collaboration is difficult
✓Management teams that want to work more closely together
✓New or changing teams after a merger or reorganization
✓Managers who want to let their team grow
Team coaching tailored to your team
No two teams are the same, and therefore no team coaching is the same. A newly formed team has different needs than a team that has been working together for years but is stagnating, or a management team that needs to make strategic decisions. That’s why we always start with an intake and often with a team assessment, so that the process starts from what is really happening.
Team building
- A shared experience or activity
- A one-off event
- Mainly about team spirit
Team coaching
- Focused, over multiple sessions
- Works on collaboration, communication and decision-making
- Pre-agreed goals, measured afterwards
Frequently asked questions about team coaching
What is team coaching?
Team coaching is a guidance process for an entire team. A team coach helps the team gain insight into the dynamics between them and work together to achieve better collaboration, communication, and results.
What is the difference between team coaching and team building?
Team building is usually a one-time activity to strengthen the atmosphere. Team coaching is a process that works on real collaboration: roles, agreements, communication and trust.
How long does a team coaching session last?
That depends on the team's request. After the initial assessment, we will develop a customised course of action together.
Where is the team coaching taking place?
You choose that yourself: at your own premises, at a location of your choice or with us in Oostkamp.
How do you know if team coaching works?
We set concrete goals in advance and map out the team’s current status, often through a team assessment. After the process, we measure again to see what has changed in collaboration, communication, and decision-making.
Is team coaching also possible for a management team?
Yes. For management teams, we often work around shared choices, role distribution, and how the team sets an example for the rest of the organisation.
Interested in getting started?
A first meeting is entirely without obligation. Tell us what is going on in your team, and we will work together to find the best approach.
