Future of work

People & AI: The human side of AI in the workplace

AI is changing tasks, roles, and collaboration. Introducing tools is the easy part; bringing people on board is the real work. In our workshop, teams and managers will work on what AI does to them: uncertainty, trust, new arrangements, and the question of what makes their work valuable.

Workshop on AI in the workplace at attendo professional

ICF-certified coacheswith a therapeutic background and HR knowledge

Do you recognise this?

AI is coming in, but people react very differently.

01

Uncertainty

Employees are wondering what AI means for their jobs. That question often remains unspoken, but it colors every change.

We make the concerns talkable.

02

Resistance or overconfidence

One colleague refuses to use AI, the other trusts it blindly. Both are holding the team back.

We are working together to find a healthy balance.

03

No agreements

Everyone uses AI in their own way. No one knows what is allowed, what works, and who is responsible.

We translate insights into team agreements.

Curious about what this means for your team?

In a no-obligation consultation, we will look at what you need.

Why attendo professional

Not a tech course, but a people course

Our coaches combine a therapeutic background with HR knowledge. This way, we work on what AI does to people and on the agreements that a team needs.

Trust and safety

We create space to speak honestly about doubts, fears, and expectations.

What makes your work valuable?

We are working together to identify the human strengths that become more important as AI takes on more tasks.

Clear team agreements

The team leaves with clear agreements on how to use AI, and how not to use it.

How does the workshop work?

?Management teams that want to know how their people are reacting to AI

AI literacy is more than just technology

The European AI Act requires organisations to take measures that support their employees’ AI literacy, such as internal guidelines and training. Knowledge of the tools is one part of it. Knowing how to use them wisely, critically, and collaboratively is at least as important.
