Nutriquine specialises in nutrition and grooming products for horses and has a workforce of about fifty employees. The brand has been in existence for 30 years and the organisation continues to evolve.
In the words of the customer
We are becoming increasingly professional, also in the field of HR. As management, we are truly aware of human capital and felt it necessary to define our values as a team, in addition to the already well-known brand values.
The team worked well in general, but there were some minor issues and disagreements that deserved attention. We therefore wanted to optimise the collaboration within the team.

This is how we tackled it
In a series of workshops with the team, we mapped out the team dynamics and the shared values.
What it yielded
Based on the workshops, we gained insight into our teamwork and values.
From this we have defined three core values. The outcome was recognisable; the values are actually named and bring clarity.
The intention is to return to this regularly and to truly use it as a guide within our teamwork.
The added value of attendo is a truly pragmatic and tailor-made approach. Their knowledge and expertise provide insight and progress. There is really no over-reliance on unnecessary meetings or superficial approaches. It is a professional organisation that gets to the heart of things and ensures that it doesn’t remain just theoretical.
